2dsolutions
A complete branding and digital presence project for 2dSolutions, a Romanian company focused on 3D modeling and visualization. I took over the brand direction, designed one of my strongest logos, and formatted the company’s online appearance around a more confident and recognizable identity. 2dSolutions needed to communicate specialist 3D modeling and visualization expertise with more confidence. The logo needed to be memorable, ownable, and strong enough to become the center of the brand.

Problem
2dSolutions had strong technical expertise in 3D modeling and visualization, but its brand and online appearance did not fully communicate the quality or distinctiveness of the work.
Role & Scope
I took over the full branding direction, including the logo, visual identity, brand expression, and online appearance.
Outcome
The result was a distinctive identity built around a logo I consider one of my strongest designs. The new direction gave 2dSolutions a more recognizable presence and created a consistent way to present its 3D modeling and visualization expertise online.

Process
01
Discovery & Opportunity
We started by looking at the gap between 2dSolutions’ capabilities and the way the company presented itself. The work was technically strong, but the identity needed a more deliberate point of view to make the business easier to remember.
02
Research & Principles
The direction was based on precision, depth, confidence, and visual distinction. The brand needed to belong to the world of 3D without relying on obvious visual clichés or becoming interchangeable with other visualization companies.
03
Logo & Identity Creation
I designed the new logo as the central expression of the brand. The mark was developed to feel graphic, memorable, and capable of carrying both the technical and creative sides of 2dSolutions.
04
Brand Direction
The wider identity was built around the logo’s character, creating a more coherent visual language for the company. The goal was to give every touchpoint a stronger relationship to the same core idea.
05
Online Appearance
I formatted the online appearance so the new identity could be experienced consistently beyond the logo. The digital direction created a more confident first impression and gave the company a clearer platform for presenting its work.

Learnings
◉
The strongest logos often come from finding the right balance between abstraction and recognition. A mark can feel distinctive without explaining everything literally.
◉
A brand becomes more credible when its digital appearance matches the quality of the work behind it. Presentation is part of how expertise is perceived.
What I'd do differently
◉
I would explore more applications of the identity in 3D environments, motion, and case-study presentation to make the brand’s technical strengths even more visible.
